Psychometric Profiling and Type Mapping

No two humans are the same, yet we can have similar characteristics.


Psychometric profiling or testing and the concept of Type mapping is used to explore the way individuals prefer to behave in certain situations given their background, history and the demands or requirements of the circumstances they find themselves in. 


Used in a Business environment Psychometric Profiling is useful to determine Learning and Communication styles, individual motivation and as a tool for providing insight which can be used for personal development and improving team performance.

TypeMapping® developed by Team Focus is a question based integrated approach based on the Psychological Type model.  There are 5 questionnaires that can each be used as a diagnostic tool  for different outcomes and to identify:
