Picture

LISTENING TO AND GUIDING YOU
LIKE YOU'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED

Do you often feel exhausted because you put yourself under so much pressure and struggle to switch off? Whether it's your laptop, busy mind or negative self-talk, lying beneath this are elements of overthinking, overworking, and overgiving.

I'm here to help you calm your busy mind and honour your wellbeing while still pursuing your ambition.

You’ll feel more confident in your abilities and reconnect with your natural talents, skills, and inner confidence, free from the constant exhaustion of trying to prove yourself.

When you get caught up in self-doubt or work hard to show your worth, it’s easy to lose sight of who you truly are and what you're capable of. By releasing this pressure, you can hit reset, reconnect with your natural strengths and abilities and let go of the false stories and doubts that have held you back.

I create a supportive space and guide you on a more sustainable path to career success!

Where you might currently be:

This career thing isn’t new to you. You’ve been doing it for 10-20 years. You once loved what you do, now you’re waking up tired, not looking forward to the day ahead.
You find yourself demotivated, less engaged at work; you’ve lost your “get up and go” and you’re too exhausted to pursue the activities and interests you enjoy outside of work.

You’re good at what you do, or at least you think you are. Lately however, there have been a few too many challenges. You work hard to prove yourself, lie awake at night with your to-do list on your mind. Even worse self-doubt has crept in and now lives with you, every day.

You’re overthinking, overworking and overgiving and quite frankly overwhelmed with it all.

You want to be successful, but at what cost?

Could it be that you've been operating at this pace for too long—leaning on independence, self-reliance, stoicism, pushing for outcomes and results—that you've forgotten how to tap into the power of your true self, your intuition, rationality, composure and inherent confidence?

Is it possible that the environments you’ve worked in have moulded your character into someone different other than your true self?

Might you have left the real you behind somewhere?

"What an incredible shift I’ve experienced working with you. From the time we met in that first session, I felt so incredibly calm you made me feel as if I could achieve anything. I can’t believe how much has shifted for me in such a short time after years of undervaluing myself. Thank you dearest Rosemarie"

Reconnect & Reclaim

From the outside looking in everything looks perfect: You appear strong, powerful and confident but the truth…….it’s far from the way you feel inside.

What would it be like to have the ability to calm your busy mind without losing effectiveness, to gain a sense of self-trust and reclaim your energy?

What if the root cause of this dilemma you find yourself in is a call to reconnect with who you truly are?

A way forward could be to slow down your pattern of conditioned thinking and behaviour, reconnect with your wisdom, and reclaim your vibrancy and energy.

What would it feel like to fall in love with what you do all over again, while maintaining the drive to pursue the activities and interests you have outside of work, and feel truly alive.

You want to understand what’s going on and what you can do, but “where do I begin?” you ask yourself.

Allow me to introduce a world of possibilities

From the outside looking in everything looks perfect: You appear strong, powerful and confident but the truth…….it’s far from the way you feel inside.

What would it be like to have the ability to tame your busy mind without losing effectiveness, to gain a sense of radical self-trust and reclaim your energy?

What do you desire?

You desire to:
  • Have a deep sense of self-trust that stops you undervaluing yourself, allowing you to effortlessly harness your skills in a way that makes you feel capable and confident. This will allow you to take some of the pressure off and stop you doubting your worth.
  • Tackle the challenges that come your way knowing that you possess or can acquire the resources to find solutions. You’ve conditioned yourself to believe that you must know the answer immediately, but what if that’s not true?
  • Work fewer hours, without compromising your efficiency or effectiveness. Finding a way to set strong boundaries, which could involve delegating more, freeing up some of your time.
  • Switch off knowing you’ve done a good day’s work, enabling you to have more energy to spend time with friends and family and do more of the activities you enjoy outside of work.
  • Perform your role without feeling the need to constantly prove yourself. You’re spending a lot of time in your head and overworking. You’ve been chosen for your role; you possess the skills necessary and now it’s up to you to align with that decision.

Would you like to explore a world of possibilities and bring your desires to fruition?

Let's explore your world of possibilities to bring your desires to life

We might be a good fit if:
  • You’ve been working for at least 10 years and are ambitious yet grounded, with a clear sense of what truly matters to you
  • You want to make a change even if you don’t know what that looks like yet and what it might entail, and you’re ready to make a start and do the work
  • You’re not averse to doing inner work with someone guiding or metaphorically holding your hand if you need it
  • Personal development is not a swear word to you; you’ve likely read a few self-help books, listened to some podcasts and webinars but the journey feels too vast to undertake alone.
  • Speaking about the universe won’t have you reaching for a crucifix
  • Values are important, and you strive to live by them, taking intentional steps to realign whenever you feel adrift
  • The true you has a wonderfully quirky sense of humour you’d love to uncover again

Less likely a fit if:
  • You aren’t open to exploring the role emotional intelligence and intuition play in your personal and professional life
  • You believe responsibility for change, comes from outside yourself
  • You prefer to spend time speaking about and telling stories about colleagues, family and friends, what they’ve done or haven’t done
  • Being respectful of other people’s time does not rank in your values
  • You are hugely competitive with ruthless ambitions
  • You are looking for quick fixes without having to do any work
  • You are confident you can do this without help

Hi I'm Rosemarie

A little about me

I’ve helped women and leaders around the globe reconnect with their true selves, redefine what’s important to them and identify what they want in life to feel alive and achieve their version of success, which has also been my journey.
With a career spanning over 20 years in the corporate world, I progressed steadily into Project Management and Leadership. I was often the only woman in the room working in male-dominated spaces, so I relied heavily on fitting in, being strong, focused on outcomes and results, getting things done. I built a space of psychological safety by embodying masculine energy and being independent and in control. The other women in leadership I met along the way did the same.

I faced many of the same challenges such as not being able to easily switch off and working hard to prove myself. In the process I lost my self-trust, but I never felt there was anyone I could speak to or share these challenges with. Consequently, I dealt with them on my own, once again leaning on self-reliance. It was exhausting! While I would’ve loved if things were different, I now see this as an invaluable experience, one that I’m able to draw on to help others who are in similar positions.

Through deep inner work that has aided my own transformation, enhancing my emotional intelligence and becoming a certified coach, I’ve developed my own methodologies and strategies for coaching and guiding.

Now, I use these to support others toward a path of success and self-alignment that isn’t achieved at great personal cost.
